With flavor perfectly balanced between sweet and savory this dusky rose-brown heirloom is a favorite. The fruits are medium to large and born on indeterminate vines. The seed was introduced by Seed Savers Exchange member Craig LeHoullier in 1991 from seed obtained from J. D. Green of Tennessee. It is believed to be an heirloom with origins in the Cherokee nation.
