This French heirloom snap bean is also known as Beurre de Rocquencourt. The slender yellow pods are uniform, tender and retain their yellow pigment when cooked. These are ideal for growers in cool climates or early spring plantings as they tolerate cool and damp conditions. The beans appear to be green when small and then turn  yellow as they mature.
